A warm welcome awaits you at The Cherry Tree in Stakeford Northumberland. A community pub situated within reach of many Northumberland beaches and close to fabulous riverside dog walking areas. Our beer garden area has a large seating area for those who prefer to be outside.

We have several TV’s located around the pub and are happy to show live events sporting or other.

Great food for the whole family

The Cherry Tree offers home cooked food served 7 days a week alongside beers, lagers, wines & spirits. We offer a daily specials board which is very popular with everyone who visits us.

We serve a selection of non-alcoholic drinks alongside a wide range of hot and cold beverages.

Saturday night Key draw, tickets on sale from 7pm. You must be in the pub at the time of the draw to claim your prize and have the chance to open the grand prize cash box.

Sunday is our Pennies for Pints competition where you can win you a £50 bar tab which can be spent on food & Drinks.

Tuesday night is Quiz night at The Cherry Tree. Entry is £1 per person. Quiz starts at 8.30pm

Live sports are shown via Sky, TNT and Amazon Prime on screens throughout the pub.

We welcome your animal friends

The pub is pet-friendly, meaning that you can bring your furry friends with you. We ask for calm behaviour from all of our animal customers.

Book a table

We have a conservatory area which can be booked out for sole use. We can host Birthday parties, Christenings & Baby Showers as well as small Wedding receptions. Room dressing is available via third party organisers or you can arrange your own.
